Very lovely decor and ammenities. Nice bed. Good, not great, breakfast.

Negative aspects:
We were given a room on the street side of the hotel and asked for a different room, but were told rather coldly that all rooms were booked. The heat was on in the building and the room was very hot so we had to open the window and we listened to traffic all night. At breakfast, we were asked to sit at a two person table next to smokers in the dining room after we asked to sit far away from any smokers due to health reasons and allergies. We moved to a different table anyway.

Astrid at the fron desk was particularly helpful with travel tips, etc, also very friendly. we atually extended out stay to 5 nights, not two. The location of the hotel was excellent, and the rooms very well kept. We had a problem that the beds were too low for my husband, but the hotel graciously gave us an extra matrtress so that he could easily get out of bed

Negative aspects:
More variety in the breakfast offerings would be appreciated, e.g. more egg choices, nonfat yogurt.

Hotel and staff were excellent sadly I cannot remember the receptionist name but she took us under her wing and planned our daily trips she was a treasure and a lovely asset to the hotel We cannot rate the hotel highly enough we anticipate staying for longer in June 2007 hopefully in room 220 as we did this year

only downside was resturant in evening, choice and service poor perhaps the hotel did not have 100% control

Beautiful building and extremely well maintained. Rooms very comfortable. I wish we could have stayed a few days. Great breakfast.

We enjoyed our stay at Tyrolis Hotel in Innsbruck very much. The rooms were very comfortable and the bathroom especially clean. I definitely would stay at the Tyrolis again and would recommend it to other people.

This Hotel was excellent. The setting in this part of the country is absolutely beautiful. The hotel overall has a great look, and the heavy woods that are used throughout the building are also a theme in the bedroom we had. The price was most reasonable for the room we had. We ate dinner in the restaurant and it was a fine meal and great room to dine in.

Negative aspects:
If we have one negative at all it is the fact that we could only saty one night due to our travel schedule. We will include this hotel for a future trip with a number of days stay next time.

Beautiful room. Friendly helpful staff. Close to the City and the slopes - in the middle of it all. Affordably luxurious!!!

Negative aspects:
The only problem that we had with the hotel was the one night when we had dinner at the restaurant. Could have had more varity for kids.

The staff at reception were all very polite and helpful and the buffet breakfast in the morning was delicious. Located in a nice quiet little town.

Negative aspects:
It is not quite in Innsbruck itself and so may be difficult to get to if not have own car.

The hotel is beautifully decorated with rich, dark woods. The view of the alps from the balcony is breathtaking. The reception desk is very helpful in guiding tourists to hiking trails, restaurants, and other sights. We would HIGHLY recommend the attached restaurant, as the food is spectacular! Although this hotel is a bit removed from downtown Innsbruck, all sights are easily accessible by car and the price is very affordable compared to the downtown hotels.

Negative aspects:
The neighboring businesses do not maintain their properties to the same standard as the Tyrolis.
