Positive aspects:
It is a historic hotel, very well kept in a perfect location. Staff was friendly, parking close by, breakfast was good and dinner was excellent. I would come back to this hotel.

Negative aspects:
Although the name of the room was of royalty, no doubt the royalty did not stay there, it was so tiny.

Positive aspects:
Our hotel stay was exactly what we expected. The staff was very courteous and helpful. It is in a great location and we would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Innsbruck.

Positive aspects:
The Hotel is well located and was perfect for me as I was attending the World Congress on Pediatric Transplantation taking place at the Congress Center. We enjoyed the historic nature of the hotel and the kind assistance of the ladies behind the front desk as well as the owner's son who assisted us with our needs.

Negative aspects:
The breakfast buffet was acceptable but the quality and variety of the foods could be improved, such as adding freshly squeezed orange juice, scrambled eggs and bacon/wursts. The service at breakfast was pleasant but one or two of the younger servers waisted time and were not entirely oriented to doing their job quickly and eefficiently, or even recognizing when plates needed to be cleared.

Positive aspects:
We loved our stay with you and only wished we had initially planned to stay longer. We were so charmed by your lovely hotel and its gorgeous surroundings that my boyfriend proposed marriage to me the night we stayed there and we are to be wed next month in November.
